TF Sport Corvette finishes 8th in ELMS in Belgium

Coming off a victory at Imola, Charlie Eastwood, Rui Andrade and Hiroshi Koizumi piloted the # 82 Z06 GT3.R Corvette to 8th place in the LMGT3 class in the ELMS 4-hour race at Spa Francorchamps.

The good thing is the UK-based TF Sport Corvette remains in contention after 4 of 6 races that lead to the European Le Mans Series championship.

Another good thing is the Corvette is intact because chaos often happens among evenly matched cars in 3 different classes. (21 LMP2 Gibson powered Oreca chassis + 10 LMP3 Toyota powered Ligier chassis + 13 LMGT3 cars).

Hasse Clot in the # 59 Aston Martin AMR GT3 fielded by the French Racing Spirit of Le Mans team is the fourth different marque to win in 2025, edging Fabian Schiller in the # 63 Mercedes AMG GT3 of the Italian Iron Lynx team.

The TF Sport Corvette crew is polished at pit stops.

 Charlie Eastwood, who has also piloted the # 99 TF Sport LMP2, believes the Corvette package has what it takes to win among Ferrari, Porsche, Aston, Mercedes AMG and McLaren. 

The next race is at Silverstone UK on Sept 14.
