Callaway built a trusted relationship with Chevrolet via its performance engineering prowess and consistency. In Europe the company has fielded competitive Corvettes for years under a partnership with Ernst Woehr & Johnnie Ciccone. Since 2008 the ADAC-GT Masters Series is for racing sports cars built to FIA GT3 specs. The Callaway Corvettes were fast all season; and the team would have won a second championship in a row except for major points lost from a few DNFs. The top drivers are young Daniel Keilwitz and Adreas Wirth who lead a 4 car team consisting of regulars and customers.
